CNC Gantry Milling
Our large CNC Gantry let's us mill large components up to 120" long, 60" deep, and 12" thick. Unlike routers, we can quickly machine hard metals and exotic materials thanks to the machine's high-rigidity.
We've worked with materials including stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, brass, plastics, exotics, and composites. Our 15,000 RPM spindle allows us to quickly machine small features or process non-ferrous metals and plastics much faster.
This machine has the exact same sheet capacities as our waterjet - making it ideal for machining additional features on waterjet components.
